The King's Evil by Andrew Taylor (Nov 4-12). I love the sentences like "the sun peeked through my bed curtains." Yay, he has a four-poster bed :D
The Ten Thousand Doors of January by Alix E. Harrow (Nov 13-21). OMG LOVED. So unique and well-written!!
The Rope Eater by Ben Jones (Nov 22-27). This book was a mixture of The Worst Journey in the World, Journey to the Center of the Earth, and the Franklin Expedition..toes falling off in socks, oh my D:
Frozen Stiff by Sherry Shahan (Nov 28-29). How could I not read a book about survival in the wilderness and Hubbard Glacier advancing and causing an ice dam?
I did not get that job at work..they said I'm not ready get, but could work on things and get better if the opportunity comes up again. I hope I like the new person, Denise said she's very nice lol
It's crazy that Mauna Loa is erupting again!! It would be so cool to see it in person lol
26. How's your sleep been this week? Probably too well lol, it's the dark time of the year, and I'm always tired :P
27. What is the purpose of art in society? You can define "art" as broadly as you like. A form of expression and beauty, made so everyone can see it
28. November 28 is "Red Planet Day". Do you think humans will ever get to Mars? Is this an endeavour that we should be devoting resources toward or would the money be better spent here on earth? I suppose it's possible, but it would be better to help Earth while we still can
29. If everything else about your life stayed the same, how well could you get by living homeless for a year? It would not be good, it gets too cold here in the winter (a couple days ago it was like -15 D:)
30. What in your residence is approaching its last days? My bathroom floor..a couple months ago it flooded, and now it's crunchy and possibly moldy underneath..I've called maintenance more than once, but they still haven't done anything yet..grr :P
