Alaska has its first confirmed case of swine flu. And where is it? Fairbanks. Oh joy..
Since I said I was gonna write down the custom license plates I see I've been seeing them like crazy haha. I can't always get them though cause they go by too fast or something..I only write them down if I know what is says for sure. My fave so far is "granee" haha

Seward: Named for the man foolish enough to buy Alaska, US Secretary of State William Seward, the southcentral Alaska community was founded in 1902 by surveyors for the Alaska Railroad. Today, it is the southern terminus of the railroad and its ice-free port. About twenty-seven hundred people live in Seward, which is also a popular sport fishing port
